sorry for not blogging for so long. missed me? hur hur. and during my absence shan shan and serene actually managed to have a conversation on my tagboard, treating this place like their own. lol. and i keep thinking it is saturday today. because we practically slacked half of our day off? humph.
well, so as you people might know, the reason why i did not blog for so long is because im really busy. i mean, we have chem spa, bio spa, a maths test, chem test and e maths test. 5 tests/exams in a week! or 4 days to be exact. that's crazy. so, i really don't have the time, or i don't even want to come online because i found out that going on the internet actually takes up at least 2 hours of my time, which is quite bad. so. i have to cut down on that. =)
people have to accept the fact that when no one is tagging it does not mean that no one is reading their blogs. like me. actually, i do go blog-hopping very often, but i don't tag most of the time. unless there is something interesting i can comment about. =) so, don't be sad, people, when no one tags. actually, people do read your blogs. =) =)
on the dinner table just now, my dad was talking about the strong competition we will face in future when we go to work, especially from China. the moment i heard that, the thing that popped into my mind was global warming. so i was thinking, we are all going to die anyway, so who cares? haha. sounds pessimistic. it's true that our generation might experience that, you know.
yesterday me and serene stayed to practise oral with miss zahra. im still very scared and not confident about oral. especially the conversation part. i mean, my mind can't think and respond fast enough, resulting in me having weird sentence structures and blabbering on about whatsoever that is on my mind at that point of time. so scary! anyway, then we were talking about jobs, and miss zahra said she thinks i will become an accountant in future. ! after hearing that, serene immediately gave that that's-impossible-look. hur hur. yeah, i don't think i will become an accountant. haha. at 5 pm i went home, while serene stayed for night study. the rain and the wind was so big, i thought i was going to fly off. and i felt like i was experiencing tai2 feng1. haha..i was so wet.
just last week me and serene were talking about pet teachers. well, this term came about when we found out serene have quite a affinity with mr lai. like that time i blogged about serene saying the exact same thing as mr lai, or rather the other way round. anyway, and they share similar actions. haha..serene is going to kill me for writing this paragraph. alright, then asyraf and mrs teh encountered the same thing. that day mrs teh was talking about polymers, and then about plastics being non-biodegradable, so asyraf was telling izzati that the plastics that were left behind by her great-great-great-great-great grandmother will still be here. just then, mrs teh said the exact same thing! we all burst out laughing. lol. then just that day, miss kum was drawing a table on the board, and one of the titles was very long(i think it's about hydrogencarbonate solution), so i just said to serene, i think i said "so long ah." then miss kum said that too. not the exact same thing, but very similar. so serene said she is my pet teacher. gosh, i totally disagree. that is a common reaction!
im so preoccupied with all these events happening in school i forgot yl is going overseas this weekened. bon voyage, yl! i will be going to be very busy these few days. haiz.
so. after rambling about so much stuff, here comes what i wanted to blog about initially. about today. the connect singapore thing. well, all i have to say is, i rather stay in school and watch the performances and join in the fiesta. i remember on monday assembly, mr lim was telling us that we were not being left out, but representing our school to create a record that will go down in history. only the sec 4s and 5s, though. just then, i heard wenglok said, "all the more we should feel left out." hur hur. totally agree. the event was boring. the only interesting thing is the cheers that RI was doing. the 'ra-ra-ra-raffles!' cheer. it was FUN. <3 so..me and bread were doing something similar. hur hur. and we were hot and thristy and hungry by the time the whole thing was over. all we did most of the time was camwhoring. and since we were standing on the bridge right beside the highway, we were also waving to the vehicles driving past. it was FUN.
oh well, so..gotta go! byebye.
right. happy early birthday singapore!!
