yesterday, it was the opening of the east zone COE ICT and our student learning festival(SLF). we had great fun, because we played with the water bottles and sprayed each other till we were all wet. christine practically poured the whole thing over me la! so im like, so wet. but asyraf is worse than me, because he and serene and bread were playing some stupid games like scissors, paper, stone and the o ya pae ya som game, and asyraf kept losing, so he kept being sprayed with the water. after a few rounds of daidee and the spraying game(again), me, bread, yl and winn decided to collect tokens and participate in the lucky draw. so we walked around. the first stop is the eng department. we were supposed to watch the videos and guess the phobia. luckily we learnt this before, so even before we watch the video, we know what the phobia is already. and bread was bullying her junior to give us stamps. -.- after that, we went to..i don't know, but i remember we went to the bio department, where lee chuang forced us to listen to her explanation of her mindmap before she gave us stamps. then we also went to the home econs department, and we voted for the best powerpoint out of the 3. we used this electronic thing where we pressed the button and our votes will show on the screen. so cool! and coincidently, me, bread, yl and winn chose the same group. group 2. the powerpoint is nice. =) after that, we went to this place where they taught us how to save water. there is this model of buildings and a cloud, and when you press a button, it will rain and water will flow out. then there is this hole, so yl, bread and winn placed their hands through the hole and under the cloud, and i pressed the button, so then their hands were all wet. so they were scolded by the people there for playing with the water. lol. we met ml's junior there too. she was very nice. she gave us free thimbles, those that look like buttons, and you have to put them in the tap or something and it will help you save water because the water that flows out is not so much. then we went to this department where it teaches you about terrorism, and we have to complete a quiz(fill in the blanks), but the quiz is so easy, because everything can be found on the posters, and it is the same sentence. so we just find the exact sentence on the posters and get that missing word. lol. so we got free chocolates in return. and they showed zhihui's blog! i don't know why, i think we have to answer some questions or something, and winn and bread answered them while me and yl were looking at the posters. well, then we went to this place where there were the other schools people. we thought we could get a stamp there, but found out that we couldn't. so we walked on and went to the carpark there, where the 3r1 people are making rockets. it's drizzling at that time, so we decided to go to chem lab, although we still need 2 stamps, from the pe/cca and maths departments. then we saw jessie and her juniors with their drums, so we thought we could get a stamp, because it's like, cca, but found out that they were just performing. -.- lol. we walked on and saw miki and friends at the chem lab with their liquid nitrogen. looks like they were quite done with it, because they are washing their gloves, so we didn't see how the roses becomes frozen. -.- i remember last year or last last year it was yl's senior, xin yi, who demostrated the liquid nitrogen for us. it's so cool. i wonder why they do this every year. alright, it's for the sec 1s, i guess. well then, we went to make our glass beads. i just can't get pink glass beads! i think nobody got it. it's so difficult to get pink. but it's fun! i got aquamarine, yellow, and erm, black. haha..i think it's super easy to get black la. once you put too much colouring, it will turn black. then christine, ml and tc joined us and we spent a long time at the chem lab, making glass beads. it's cool! after that, we decided to go back to our booth to get our bags, and saw the guys tending it. 2 lower sec students came to play our game and su ting from 3r2 came to play too. it was fun seeing them spraying at each other and getting the wrong answers, because we told them the wrong ones. lol. so then it was late, and we went to take our report books and went home. manda burnt her finger in the chem lab, and she was crying on the way home. manda, zhen zhuo yi dian! i know it's painful, but i still remember that time when ml burnt her finger at seoul garden, she didn't cry right? maybe manda shouldn't..erm..think so much, i guess. it's just a burn. i even got electrocuted before! as in, a very small one la. zz.
well, today, it's the teachers' day celebration! but it was upsetting, because mrs wee didn't come. and she won the best form teacher award of sec 3! it's such a pity that she didn't come. or else, she could go up and get that prize. haiz. and winn won the lucky draw in SLF yesterday! so lucky la. and erm, she didn't even get all the stamps. but who cares. lol. so we went back to class, watch the videos, played the games, and went around giving the teachers their presents. then we went back to class to eat our pizzas, titbits and drank the sprite and pepsi. it was quite a great day. i saw the bouquet of flowers we planned to give mrs wee. i smelled it, and my nose got a bit blocked. maybe i shouldn't smell it. zz. after that, me, christine, tc, ml, yl, winn and manda went tmart foodcourt to eat. to be more exact, only manda went to eat chicken rice. all of us were just to full to eat anything. well, winn did eat a soda pop, as usual. =) so we played daidee and went home with tc eating her chocolate sundae from macdonalds. well, so that's teachers' day.
alright, gotta go, my hand hurts after typing such a long post. i want to sleep. =) bye~
