haha im goin 2 blog 2dae! (:
on thurs we went for the jing ying zu practice. the jing ying zu is formed to perform for the sec 1s next year so that they will join co. lol. for dizi, there are the 3 sec 2s and yiliang in the jing ying zu. for zr, nicolette and joyce are in with some of their seniors. lq is ming qin and ml. according to what i know, we will be playing long teng hu yue, yao zu wu qu, xiang yan(matsuri) and racial harmony(including munneru valiba). maybe they will play la de shi ji jin xing qu. maybe there will be more songs. i don't know. but long teng is enough to make us go crazy because it's so fast la. so we had the practice from 9-12. actually they wanted to end the practice at 1, but they let us go earlier. on that day, we practiced long teng and racial harmony. only. and a bit of matsuri. joel is not here, so julian was conducting us. when it was 10+ going 11, we self-practised because julian told us to. then we went home at 12. i was reading my book when ml came over to me and said, "baoyi, go home already!" i didn't even know it was time to go home. ha.
on fri morning we had the jing ying zu practice again. joel came and he conducted us. we practised long teng and racial harmony again. but at 11 the dizi people went for practice at the classroom block. our teacher came to teach us and it's our last practice for the year as well. when we went back to the cd shelter at 12.30, everyone is gone. they have all went for lunch. i think joel let them go for lunch at 12+ bah. at first i thought the practice might end at 1. later nicolette told us when we are having our dizi practice, they practised yao zu and matsuri. so they practised all the songs! after lunch we came back for he zou from 2-6. but when the conductor came at 2, he was teaching the suona people so we had self-practice from 2-4. he sort of chased us dizi out. he was like, "dizi go out and practise!" so we went. the suona is too noisy for us to practise anyway. then the erhu, zr, pipa and lq people came out too. so we are saying that everyone will come out and leave suona in the cd shelter. haha. at 4 we had he zou. we played the normal songs, chang cheng and jian kuai. ok it should be jian kuai de liang feng but...short-form la. kk then because jiahui didn't come, there is only 1 xin di, which is me, and when conductor say xin di blow xx xiao jie only me blow so pathetic la. then i was super nervous because im afraid i might blow something wrongly. lol. in the end the conductor said it sounds ok. luckily i got practise at home.
today we had he zou again and the same thing happened. the conductor thought the front part of 75 xiao jie is the qu di and xin di people blow so he was like, "the four people in front(qu di and xin di sit on the same row) blow louder la!" then in the end that part only xin di blow. that means only i blow. so the conductor told me to blow louder and practised that part with me. i was blowing xin di 2, so he asked, "where's xin di 1?" "never come." so i blow myself. what the...anyway it was an experience of me blowing dizi on my own with the whole he zou people looking at you. duh. the conductor kept on practising many parts with the suona so today my ears felt weird. it's so...LOUD! can't stand it. after he zou me and yl went back to pasir ris to eat because ml and tc didn't come for he zou today. actually, percussion many people didn't come. only lee chuang came. so poor thing. so now im here blogging. well, next sat is probably the last he zou. although i may be quite bored at home without going to school for he zou and stuff, i think i had enough of co. so let's buck up and jiayou for next year's syf! gambatte!
