this is so adorable man. :D thanks serene.
well, so i will continue from the last post, ya?
12. i will miss you, definitely. i will miss your high-ness and all your noise. i don't think you will ever read this, but i just want to tell you that im glad that i met you and thanks for always staying cheerful, because it influences me a lot positively. keep in touch!
13. to me, you are very 淑女. hahas. and in some ways, i feel that we are very similar. maybe because we are both born in oct. =) oh, and remember that time when we got the same marks (almost) for all the subject tests? it was cool. sometimes i feel that we have some sort of telepathy, and being with you is very comfortable. you are always supportive and sometimes when i tell you of my problems you will tell me not to give up. thanks and stay positive!
14. i admit when i first met you i didn't like you. i told you before, right? =P i have no idea why - i think it's because you are quite straightforward. anyway, after knowing you more, i think you are really fun la. it's amazing we can talk about all sorts of stuff under the sun and never run out of topics to talk about. and you never fail to make me laugh. don't ever change, because i like how you are right now. =)
15. i think you are adorable. the way you always tease your "lover", it's hilarious. i remember liking your company when i first met you..after a while, you are still very great to be with, but sometimes you make me frustrated, mainly because of your english. oops. sorry for always correcting you. =P but it's okay, because you speak chinese most of the time anyway. i think you are the best person to speak about serious stuff with. we will like, analyse tutorial questions and talk about other important stuff. thanks for always being there.
16. you always look so tired and stressed up. if you see this, i just want to tell you im quite worried about you. sometimes when we go shopping or whatever, i will catch you looking pretty tired. i don't know if you noticed, but i try to make you laugh so that you won't look so stressed. relax a bit, okay? i know you are very busy and have a lot of commitments but don't ever give up. if you need someone to talk to i will always be here. when i first met you, you were quite different. i remember you will always have that smile and you are always happy. i hope you can find back that smile. =)
17. i don't know if you will read this. i want to tell you i did not forget you and never will. i have so many stuff to say to you but i don't want it to be through here. i hope i will see you soon.
alright, so that's done. from tuesday to thursday, me, wanyeng, xiying and xueqin went to science focus at nus. basically it consists of workshops and lectures of different kinds. we chose biology-related stuff for most of them.
on monday, we had lectures on the possible cure for parkinson's disease and forensic science. tuesday, lectures and workshops of PCR. i have no idea how mnay times i have been taught PCR already. lol. don't they have other new stuff they can teach us about? =P wednesday it's a physics course. we had workshops on how to use all kinds of microscopes. the professor guiding us through the tour reminds me of mr chee a lot. very funny and fatherly.
i think the whole programme is really interesting. i learnt a lot that i didn't know about forensic science, and that raffles museum in nus is so cool. wanyeng is so afraid of those specimens, although they are dead already. lol. she saw that king cobra in the glass cabinet and start grabbing me. haha. okay, i shouldn't laugh at her. but..they are already dead, wanyeng. anyway. i did learnt a bit of physics too. seriously, my physics is at secondary 2 level. how pathetic. the professor started talking about wavelengths and i was like, erm. oh well.
yesterday we went for our class cip at hougang family service centre. every class is required to organise a class cip to be carried out by the end of this year. so we decided to teach the kids there to bake pizzas and muffins. cupcakes, to be accurate. first the person-in-charge told us about the kids and teach us how to interact with the kids. after the briefing i was stunned. information overload. because im in slc, and i didn't know there are so many rules. for example, we have to ask the kids to say thank you when they take something from us, and we need to set rules first (like, no running about, listen to our instructions, etc). in slc, we just interact with the kids just like that. as in, i didn't know we have to do so much stuff. lol.
anyway. first we played games with them, then we started the baking process. it became way chaotic after that, because despite the fact that we outnumbered the kids in terms of numbers, when we were baking and they have free time they started running about and going to the toilet and doing all sorts of stuff. im quite impressed with john hao. he really had a way with kids. he will shout at them to sit down, but will also play with them and entertain them. well, the whole programme was still fun. the kids are all very adorable. although they are super active, they did listen to us and nothing scary happened. like fights. luckily man.
so that's it. from monday to wednesday i will be going to 2r6 chalet. why is it at costa sands?? i prefer aranda, shan shan. haiz, nevermind. see you people around!
